Bloodless surgery method being used on fractures, that has been implemented by AO trauma pediatric team and used in Europe and USA. 

In case of pathologic fractures, surgeries are done by miniinvasional methods. 

Children orthopedic treatment is done by conservative methods, but in case of orthopedic pathologies, curing is done by modern schemes.
